COLOR the color of our melons has more importance than you might think, it is an indicator of high anti-oxidant levels from such sources as Lycopene (watermelon) and Beta-carotene (cantaloupe). |

These details are sent by satellite to our headquarters in California, and if we see an exception to our high quality assurance standards, we may halt harvesting immediately and resume only when the fruit is up to our satisfaction (and yours)! |
